Smart Women, on the subway and asked
Recently, our family took a trip to the Big Apple, where we met with my parents to spend special holiday. It was fun and created a memorable experience. When traveling to a new city is exciting to think of all the sites and adventures that will live. Know what want to do is never a problem. The challenge is to put where you want to go without getting lost. During our trip, we are sure that she left the hotel with no cards one but two - One of the subways and one for the city. I laughed one evening while I looked around our hotel room. We have had several cards out there. It is clear that we were afraid of getting lost! An important advantage of this trip was the people of New York. The locals were happy to help us when we lost our way. This made me think about how smart women know the value of doing right direction in their lives.
There are moments in your life where you do not have all the information you need to get where you want to go. Fortunately, there are people who are "experts" of knowledge and are ready to help you find the answers you need. Still, I think people do not want to take the first step to ask those who have "expert" knowledge of a subject or situation. Why? Do you think you will be judged for not knowing this information? Are you afraid to know the person can say "no"? One thing I learned is that people really enjoy helping others. It's a real confidence builder when you have the opportunity to share their knowledge about something. When we were lost New York (it has happened more than once!) People took the opportunity to go in the right direction.
If you plan to make any changes in your life - whether personal or professional, not only make sense to ask someone who has understanding, wisdom and information in this area? Did not try to repair a plumbing leak in your home or your laptop apart and fix it. So why do you want to go just for a change in your life? I learned very quickly that is important to have coaches and mentors around me, at any time to support me to travel the road ahead. I feel more confident and relaxed knowing that I have the direction and supervision of persons who have traveled the path before me and can share your trip so that I do the same mistakes.
If you think it's time for you to make a change in your life, do not do it alone. Here are some smart solutions to help you stay on the path to your destination:
1. Ask an Expert "- Find someone who is known as an" expert "on what you want to accomplish. For example, if you are ready to start or expand a business, find someone who helped others to do it properly. If you're ready to make a change, but do not know what do first, find someone who achieved a system to help determine your first step should be.
2. Give yourself more time - It is natural that when they finally decide to do something new you want to change out as quickly as possible. Remember, when you enter new territory, it must allow enough time to download and then, of course, to compensate for time lost on the road. This is a good coach or mentor can help minimize errors and wrong turns. Give Take the extra time to have feelings of frustration and keep you excited and inspired new and exciting trip.
3. Carry a good map - One of the things I do with women serving both individual and women in my circle of success is to help create an action plan to help who and where want to go. Each woman has her own Great ideas, dreams and goals and work together to develop a "map" that will serve them individually.
Ah, of course, being female is an advantage when it comes to asking management: My husband Greg sometimes just study the map and try to understand how we are going to take us back on the track. My natural inclination was to ask someone for help immediately after they knew we were lost. I wanted to go ahead and our next adventure as soon as possible! Smart Women do not do it alone, seek the "experts" and get the right direction.
Anything is possible. All is waiting for you.
