In this New Year gift thought a Dell desktop computer for my sister, if I looked at the number of support Dell for a computer can call the number I had was not correct. So I decided to ask for help from Dell in the Google website. The reason I wanted for Dell was that they were equipped with the best configuration in dealing with the good price and the offer was for a limited period. If I wanted to order as soon as possible. The Google search on keywords such as support Dell, Dell's online help, title = "Help and Support Services Dell"> Dell Support, customer hotline, etc. Dell has finally got the phone number on their website.
Now I tried the phone number, but it was my surprise that the U.S. was number not for India, has started to seek support from Dell, I finally had the support number for Dell India. I have called, first told them about my complaint that the time it took someone to contact Dell support that this was important for me because I want changes in the configuration of the equipment they provided. I have discussed the details with Dell technical support and ordered the computer. Dell Support told me that it will take a minimum of 15 days for delivery.
After 15 days, I received a carton full of Dell computer support , members of my family was pleased to get the new computer in time for December 31. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see that I received from the tower, mouse, keyboard, etc. Help Dell, but there was no slippage to monitor the mail, but that has been sent to watch me. Immediately I called Dell support and told them about the subject.
They asked me to give them a day's time to check with Dell support service dispatch and courier company. I called Dell Support again after one day, I incorrectly stated that the monitor was a separate package and mail the man forgot to take the cardboard box in which the monitoring was full, they are sent immediately. Dell Support Officer asked me to write an email to Dell Support on the problem should consider as a priority. I wrote an email to the help of Dell, in a few hours, I received a response from the Dell support told me take care on the issue also offered me 10% extra discount on my total sales of Dell support sent the bank transfer the amount of reimbursement. In the next two days, I received the monitor on the Dell Support Dell Support even called me to confirm delivery of the screen.
